En concreto, lo que se trata de estudiar es el discurso que respecto a la violencia tuvo la izquierda abertzale en dicho periodo. Si bien ETA no vari\u00f3 su discurso s\u00ed lo hizo su rama pol\u00edtica. As\u00ed, a lo largo del proceso EH sufri\u00f3 una evoluci\u00f3n, que le llev\u00f3 a distanciarse de la violencia ejercida por el entorno de ETA, y una posterior involuci\u00f3n que le llev\u00f3 a su discurso habitual anterior a la tregua, en el que la violencia era una consecuencia, que aunque no deseable s\u00ed inevitable, del conflicto vasco.<br \/>\n[vc_empty_space height=&#8221;10&#8243;]<br \/>\n<strong>Abstract<\/strong><br \/>\nThis article analyzes a specific period of the Basque history: ETA&#8217;S truce that continued to the signature of Lizarra&#8217;s Agreement. In particular, it tries to study the Basque patriotic left&#8217;s discourse regarding the violence in the above mentioned period. Though ETA did not change his discourse, its political branch did it. This way, along the process EH suffered an evolution, which led it to drifting apart from the violence exercised by ETA&#8217;s surroundings, and a later regression that took it to his usual discourse previous to the truce, in which the violence was an unavoidable consequence, although not desirable, of the Basque conflict.
