\nLas v\u00edctimas debemos insistir en que jam\u00e1s podremos hablar de paz definitiva en el Pa\u00eds Vasco si, previamente, los terroristas no han cumplido \u00edntegramente sus penas; si las instituciones no se ponen manos a la obra para poner fi n a los m\u00e1s de 300 cr\u00edmenes terroristas que a\u00fan siguen sin resolverse; si nadie reconoce que la democracia ha salido victoriosa y que el terror y sus representantes han sido derrotados; y si, por encima de todo, no se asume colectivamente que quienes fuimos v\u00edctimas y perseguidos del totalitarismo nacional-terrorista tenemos todo el derecho del mundo a intentar impedir que nuestros hijos vayan a ser ma\u00f1ana las futuras v\u00edctimas de una paz tan falsa como moralmente indecente.

\nThe victims have to insist on the fact that we will never be able to talk of final peace in the Basque Country unless terrorists previously serve their full sentence; if institutions do not work to bring to an end more than 300 terrorist crimes still unsolved; if nobody recognizes that democracy has emerged victoriously and that terror and its representatives have been defeated; and above all, if it is not collectively admitted that we, as victims of persecution by the national-terrorist totalitarianism, have all the rights to prevent our children from being potential victims of a false and indecent peace.
