\nSon muchas las voces que dicen que las v\u00edctimas del terrorismo de ETA fueron las grandes olvidadas de la democracia en Euskadi hasta que empezaron a movilizarse y a ganar terreno en la opini\u00f3n p\u00fablica a finales de los a\u00f1os 90. En este trabajo se pretende, mediante la metodolog\u00eda del an\u00e1lisis de contenido, cuantificar su presencia en el discurso pol\u00edtico vasco desde el inicio de la autonom\u00eda para comprobar si es cierto que, hasta el cambio de siglo, \u00e9stas fueron pr\u00e1cticamente invisibles para los partidos pol\u00edticos. Adem\u00e1s, en el texto tambi\u00e9n se comparar\u00e1 su presencia en el discurso con la de sus victimarios, tratando de estimar cu\u00e1l de los dos grupos (v\u00edctimas o terroristas) ha recibido m\u00e1s atenci\u00f3n por parte de las fuerzas pol\u00edticas vascas.

\nAbstract<\/strong>
\nMany voices say that the victims of ETA were completely forgotten in the Basque Country until they began to mobilize and gain ground in public opinion in the late 90s. This paper aims to quantify, through content analysis methodology, the presence of the victims in political discourse since the beginning of Basque autonomy, in order to check if it is true that until the turn of the century they were practically invisible to political parties. In addition, the text also compares its presence in discourse with their victimizers, trying to estimate which of the two groups (victims or terrorists) has received more attention from the Basque political forces.
