\nEste art\u00edculo examina la percepci\u00f3n en Gran Breta\u00f1a del nacionalismo radical vasco. Nos vamos a centrar en el per\u00edodo comprendido entre 1975 y 1978. Despu\u00e9s de la muerte del general Franco comenz\u00f3 en Espa\u00f1a un irreversible proceso de desmontaje de la dictadura. El terrorismo era un serio problema heredado durante le proceso. Exploraremos esas circunstancias a trav\u00e9s de los art\u00edculos en The Times porque ellos sufrieron el mismo problema de terrorismo. El nacionalismo vasco era un serio problema y la percepci\u00f3n de las naciones europeas pod\u00eda ser esencial para entrar en la UE. The Times era un importante creador de opiniones y sus art\u00edculos ten\u00edan mucha influencia entre sus lectores. Por tanto, analizaremos la influencia del peri\u00f3dico.

\nAbstract<\/strong>
\nThis article examines the perception of the radical Basque nationalism in Great Britain. We focus on the period between 1975 and 1978. After General Franco\u2019s death an irreversible process of dictatorship demounting started in Spain. Terrorism was one of the serious problems that Spain inherited. We explore these circumstances through articles in The Times because Great Britain suffered on its own the same problem of terrorism. Basque nationalists were a serious problem and the perception of the European countries would be essential to entry into the CEE. The Times was a very important opinion-maker and its articles have a lot of influence on the way its readers thought. Hence we analyze the influence of this newspaper.
