\nEste art\u00edculo pretende hacer un recorrido por las diferentes iniciativas que han surgido en Espa\u00f1a en el \u00e1mbito de la defensa, reconocimiento y memoria de las v\u00edctimas del terrorismo, y que han dado lugar a la aparici\u00f3n y desarrollo de diferentes asociaciones y fundaciones, ligadas en un primer momento al terrorismo de ETA y en la actualidad tambi\u00e9n al terrorismo yihadista. Asimismo, pretende averiguar si la constituci\u00f3n de estas entidades y la multitud de acciones que se han concretado en la aprobaci\u00f3n de legislaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica para las v\u00edctimas, as\u00ed como la aparici\u00f3n de \u00f3rganos legales para su apoyo y representaci\u00f3n, realmente han contribuido a visibilizar a las v\u00edctimas del terrorismo

\nAbstract<\/strong>
\nThis article aims to take a look at the different initiatives that have emerged in Spain in relation to the defence, recognition and memory of the victims of terrorism, which have given rise to the emergence and development of different associations and foundations, initially linked to ETA terrorism and now also to jihadist terrorism. It also seeks to ascertain whether the constitution of these entities and the multitude of actions that have resulted in the adoption of specific legislation for victims, as well as the emergence of legal bodies for their support and representation, have really helped to make the victims of terrorism visible.
