\nEn los a\u00f1os 1994 y 1996, la Asociaci\u00f3n V\u00edctimas del Terrorismo (AVT) encarg\u00f3 a personas de su confianza que emprendieran un viaje a ciertos pa\u00edses latinoamericanos porque ten\u00edan la certeza que all\u00ed viv\u00edan miembros de ETA con total impunidad. Los expertos volvieron con una investigaci\u00f3n que se public\u00f3 en el diario ABC en la que denunciaron que el Gobierno espa\u00f1ol conoc\u00eda que dichas personas viv\u00edan en estos pa\u00edses y que no hac\u00eda nada para acabar con ello. Lo que la AVT y sus colaborado-res no publicaron era que estas personas no eran miembros de ETA fugados, como se aseguraba, sino que por una decisi\u00f3n entre los Gobiernos espa\u00f1ol, franc\u00e9s y el de determinados pa\u00edses, hab\u00edan sido deportados y que \u00e9sta era la raz\u00f3n por la que los dirigentes espa\u00f1oles manten\u00edan una actitud inmovilista con el tema.

\nAbstract<\/strong>
\nIn 1994 and 1996, the Victims of Terrorism Association commissioned people you trust to undertake a trip to some Latin American countries because they were certain that ETA members living there with impunity. The experts came back with an investigation that was published in the newspaper ABC in which charged that the Spanish government knew that these people were living in these countries and that did nothing to stop it. What the AVT and colleagues did not post was that these people were not members of ETA fugitives, as claimed, but a decision between the Spanish, French and certain countries governments, had been deported and that this was the reason that Spanish leaders maintained an unchanging attitude to the subject.
