\nPatria<\/em> (Aramburu) suscita un particular caso de estudio acerca de la compleja y fecunda relaci\u00f3n entre el mundo de ficci\u00f3n y la realidad hist\u00f3rico-social en la que se inspira. Apoy\u00e1ndonos en el concepto de mundificaci\u00f3n -que incorporamos a la metodolog\u00eda de los mundos posibles-, esta investigaci\u00f3n estudia el modo en que Patria<\/em> indaga en algunos aspectos \u00e9tico-sociales relacionados con la experiencia de las v\u00edctimas del terrorismo de ETA. La lluvia se encuentra omnipresente en la novela en tres tipos de acontecimientos: memoria, muerte y silencio social. Adem\u00e1s, resulta un elemento estructural de la persecuci\u00f3n al Txato y del retorno de Bittori. [vc_empty_space height=”10″]
\nAbstract<\/strong>
\nThe publication of Patria<\/em> calls forth a particular case study concerning the complex and fruitful relationship between narrative fiction and social and political reality. Following the concept of worldmaking along with the possible worlds theory, this investigation studies the way in which Patria<\/em> looks into some of the socio-ethical aspects related to the experiences of the victims of ETA\u2019s terrorism. The rain is always present in the novel in three types of events: memory, death and social exclusion. Thus, it becomes a structural element of the persecution endured by El Txato and of Bittori\u2019s return.
