\nResumen<\/strong>
\nAl calor del Pacto Antiterrorista, en el a\u00f1o 2000 se introdujo en Espa\u00f1a el delito de humillaci\u00f3n a las v\u00edctimas del terrorismo<\/em>. En 2015 fue modificado en consonancia con el desarrollo legislativo que sigui\u00f3 a los atentados del 11S y el 11M. Entre 1968 y 2011 ETA perpetr\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 3.800 atentados que dejaron miles de v\u00edctimas. Desaparecida en 2018, sus consecuencias persisten. Entre los rescoldos de la violencia, se encuentran los ataques al honor de las v\u00edctimas. Este trabajo realiza un recorrido por la creaci\u00f3n de la figura delictiva y su aplicaci\u00f3n en el contexto del terrorismo de ETA. [vc_empty_space height=”10″]
\nAbstract<\/strong>
\nIn the context of the Anti-Terrorism Pact, the crime of humiliation of victims of terrorism<\/em> was created in Spain in 2000. In 2015 it was amended in line with the legislative developments that followed the 9\/11 and 11M attacks. Between 1968 and 2011 ETA perpetrated more than 3,500 attacks that left thousands of victims. Having disappeared in 2018, its consequences persist. Among the embers of violence are conducts that aim to attack the honour of the victims. This work traces the creation of this criminal offence and its application in the context of the victims of ETA terrorism. [vc_empty_space height=”10″]

\nDans le cadre du Pacte antiterroriste, le d\u00e9lit d’humiliation des victimes du terrorisme<\/em> a \u00e9t\u00e9 introduit en Espagne en 2000. En 2015, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9 en fonction des d\u00e9veloppements l\u00e9gislatifs qui ont suivi les attentats du 11 septembre et du 11 mars. Entre 1968 et 2011, l’ETA a perp\u00e9tr\u00e9 plus de 3 800 attentats qui ont fait des milliers de victimes. Disparue en 2018, ses cons\u00e9quences perdurent. Parmi les braises de la violence, on trouve les atteintes \u00e0 l’honneur des victimes.
