La conmovedora apelaci\u00f3n de la madre del escolta asesinado D\u00edez Elorza preguntando qui\u00e9n va a escribir la historia y c\u00f3mo se va a recordar a los asesinados3 no puede dejar indiferente. Por aqu\u00ed lo de la <em>necesidad<\/em>. A su vez, desde los poderes p\u00fablicos se insta de modo continuado, casi imperioso, a acometer la labor de poner en pie una <em>memoria hist\u00f3rica<\/em>, un relato, que recoja lo sucedido en Euskadi en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os y el dolor de las v\u00edctimas.
