\nEl car\u00e1cter indiscriminado de las acciones terroristas de eta y el ira contra los civiles se cobr\u00f3 la vida de muchos menores de edad, algunos hijos de miembros del ej\u00e9rcito y las fuerzas de seguridad del Estado. Atentados dif\u00edciles de justificar que cuestionaron la posici\u00f3n moral de ambas organizaciones. La comparaci\u00f3n entre los dos grupos terroristas nos dar\u00e1 la posibilidad de estudiar la tipolog\u00eda de estos atentados, as\u00ed como su discurso pol\u00edtico y c\u00f3mo afrontaron las consecuencias de estas acciones. \nAbstract<\/strong>
\nThe indiscriminate nature of the terrorist actions of eta and the ira against the civilian population claimed the lives of many minors, some children of members of the army and the police. Attacks difficult to justify that questioned the moral position of both organizations. The comparison between the two terrorist groups will give us the opportunity to study the typology of these attacks, as well as their justification discourse and how to deal with the consequences of these actions.
