\nDesde octubre de 2011, las instituciones vascas y espa\u00f1olas se han sumergido en el an\u00e1lisis del pasado reciente del Pa\u00eds Vasco, haciendo hincapi\u00e9 en la historia y la memoria del terrorismo. \u00c9stas est\u00e1n trabajando en el estudio de este episodio traum\u00e1tico a trav\u00e9s de entidades como el Centro Memorial de las V\u00edctimas del Terrorismo y de Gogora: Instituto de la Memoria, la Convivencia y los Derechos Humanos. La existencia de dos organizaciones memorial\u00edsticas de relato divergente ha puesto de manifiesto que la sociedad vasca a\u00fan permanece polarizada y que, pese al periodo inicial de optimismo, la ciudadan\u00eda est\u00e1 pasando (in-)conscientemente la p\u00e1gina del terrorismo sin siquiera haberla le\u00eddo: una disparidad de narrativas que est\u00e1 teniendo su efecto en el \u00e1mbito educativo. Este art\u00edculo da cuenta de las iniciativas implementadas por el Gobierno Vasco para llevar la historia del terrorismo al curr\u00edculo de la Educaci\u00f3n Secundaria Obligatoria en Euskadi, subrayando los programas educativos desplegados entre 2005 y 2021 para tratar de deslegitimarlo. El objetivo es evidenciar el enfrentamiento de narrativas, el porqu\u00e9 de las discrepancias y la incidencia que tal circunstancia tiene sobre c\u00f3mo se quiere transmitir y contar este episodio de la historia de la violencia pol\u00edtica en Espa\u00f1a. \nAbstract<\/strong>
\nBeginning in October 2011, Basque and Spanish institutions have im-mersed themselves in the analysis of the recent past of the Basque Country, emphasizing the history and memory of terrorism. The study of this trau-matic episode has been undertaken by entities such as the Memorial Center for the Victims of Terrorism and Gogora: Institute for Memory, Coexist-ence and Human Rights. The existence of two memorial organizations with divergent narratives has shown that the Basque society remains po-larized, and that it continues to (un-)consciously turn the page of terror-ism without even having read it. This disparity of narratives is having its effect on Education. This article focuses on the initiatives implemented by the Basque Government to bring the history of terrorism to the curriculum of the Secondary School in the Basque Country, highlighting the education-al programs deployed between 2005 and 2021 to try to delegitimize it. The objective is to show the confrontation of narratives, the reason for the dis-crepancies and the impact that such circumstances have on how this epi-sode in the history of political violence in Spain is to be transmitted and told.
